Reliable for Pandoro

This was my third time ordering from them, and they've been consistently good. I got a Panettone Artigianale for Christmas last year and a Pandoro this time around. Both were excellent. The Pandoro had that light, buttery flavor I expect, and it arrived in perfect condition, just like the Panettone did. They always pack things well for the long journey. It's nice to know I can count on them for these traditional items, especially since I can't find anything similar locally. They really deliver on quality each time.

Good Pane ai Cereali

Ordered Pane ai Cereali. It arrived in 4 days. The bread was fresh and tasted good. Packaging was secure. Happy with the purchase.

Decent, with a few issues

I ordered some Biscotti Veneti and a Crostate alla Frutta. The biscotti were very tasty, had a nice crunch, and the fruit tart looked pretty good. Delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which felt a bit long for baked goods, though everything was well-packed and arrived intact. My only real gripe was the shipping cost, it made the overall price a bit higher than I'd hoped, even for artisanal stuff. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, which was a plus. Good products, but shipping could be better value.

Comprehensive order experience

I placed an order for a selection of items: Sbrisolona, some Zaletti, and a Pane a Lievitazione Naturale. The ordering process on their website was straightforward; I found everything I wanted easily. Shipping to my address in California took about 7 days, which was within the estimated window for international delivery. All items were individually wrapped and then securely placed in a sturdy box, preventing any damage during transit. The Sbrisolona was exactly as I remembered from a trip to Italy, very crumbly and flavorful. The sourdough bread was still fresh enough to enjoy, though I did slice and freeze some for later. I had a quick question about storage for the Zaletti, and their customer support replied to my email within 24 hours with clear instructions. Overall, the quality of the baked goods and the efficiency of the service made it a good experience. Will likely order again for special occasions.

Can you use more than one coupon code if you have a first-time buyer discount and a newsletter one?

J Josh 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure they don't stack. Always just one code per order in my experience.

I tried that once, didn't work. You can only use one coupon at a time in the cart. Pick the better deal!

Anyone know if they ship to Milan and how long it usually takes for, say, a cake?

A Amber M. 1 month ago
They ship all over Italy, so Milan should be fine. Fresh stuff usually gets there pretty quick, like a couple days.

They do! For fresh cakes, I think it's usually 24-48 hours once it ships. They pack it really well so it arrives intact.

Hey, thinking of getting some panettone for Christmas. Do they usually do any pre-order discounts for it?

C Chris 1 month ago
Yeah, I remember seeing something about that last year. Like a small discount if you order early.

I think they do, usually around 5-10% off if you snag it when they first announce the Christmas stuff. Keep an eye on their newsletter for sure.

Are their Sbrisolona really that much better than Infermentum's? Debating which one to get.

S Shane 2 months ago
Oh, for sure! Righetto's is way more authentic, they use local ingredients and it's just got that proper crumbly texture. Infermentum is good, but kinda generic.

I've tried both. Righetto's Sbrisolona has a more unique flavor profile, less sweet, more refined. Infermentum is fine, but it doesn't have that artisanal touch.
